By Matthew Rorie

#Newsletter

For those of us in the US, it’s that time of year when we give thanks and chow down on delicious goodies with family and friends. There’s a lot our team is thankful for this year, particularly the ongoing support and interest of readers like yourself. We’re so excited to share a veritable feast of incredible indie games with you next year, and hope you’ll stick with us on this exciting journey. We’re just getting started…!

Thank you from the Null team, 2024

But enough of all that schmaltzy stuff. You came here to read about awesome video games, so let’s get to the Null-vember news!

SDBMX Update

Streetdog BMX Update

Over the past year, the developers at Yeah Us! Games have been hard at work building out levels, physics, art, and tricky challenges for Streetdog BMX. It’s really shaping up to be a banger. However, we’ve made the decision to push the game’s release to 2025. This will give Yeah Us! more time to deliver a polished experience, better challenges, smoother gameplay, and fewer bugs. Delaying a few months was a difficult choice, but it’s ultimately what’s best for the game. We can’t wait to share the full experience with you next year!

That said, to show we’re not bluffing and that we’re all in on making the game better, we’re planning to kick off an official Community Steam Playtest for Streetdog BMX soon! If you want to help shape the direction and final quality of the game, head on over to discord.gg/streetdogbmx and register your interest for the playtest.

We’re very proud of our friends at DinoBoss for their well-deserved nomination for “Best Game from Portugal” at the DevGAMM Awards 2024! We’ll have more to share on Demon Spore very soon, so stay tuned…
